Composer William Christensen’s (2003) main artistic focus lies in bridging the gap between nature and music: conveying natural experiences, storytelling, and landscapes through instrumental music, songs, and sound design. He studied under Paul Coleman at the Eastman Community School of Music and currently studies music composition under Dr. Sean Friar, Dr. Leanna Kirchoff, and Dr. Nathan Hall at the Lamont School of Music of the University of Denver, where he is pursuing undergraduate degrees in Music and Environmental Science.
